There have been a lot of birthdays lately. lol :) My sister and I tried out for a play on the 21st.. I think. Lol. Our first practice was yesterday. The play is actually four smaller plays and a medium-length introduction all put together. I am the narrator of the introduction, so I am the first one to speak and I have a lot of lines!!! In the others I am a dog owner and a princess. lol Jessica is a lady, a horsewoman, an apple tree, and a doctor. I am very happy that we joined Potter Players, (the name of the group that puts together the performances).
I also recently applied to be a volunteer at a nearby hospital. Very excited! I can't wait until they contact me about if I am accepted or not. I probably will be. Who gives up volunteers? Lol :)

?????? QUESTION TIME!!!!
?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
I have a question that I hope you will be able to answer!
WHY do most textbooks have both a Spanish and English glossary?
You may say, "So that the Spanish speaking students can understand the vocabulary!"
That answer wouldn't make sense, because the book is written in ENGLISH! If there was a Spanish speaking student using the textbook, they wouldn't understand anything in the book other than the Spanish vocabulary words in the glossary. I have no answer really, other than the people who put together the textbooks must have not thought it through....

My 14th Birthday!
Well, today was my 14th birthday. :) I had a great day! I decided that I wanted to return one of my birthday gifts, an mp3 player, so I spent about $100 on clothes. I also bought some instant coffee. I think it's cheaper than buying a coffee pot, especially if I don't drink it every day. I think I will have to try it out tomorrow, to see how well it wakes me up! :D Also, I wish I had about a size 6 shoe. Every shoe I looked at today had one in sizes 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, but I'm a size 10-11 WIDE! :O It really sucks having HUGE feet! I guess shoemakers think every person has teeny tiny feet. :|
